REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Editableinvites sells primarily digital products, including editable invitation templates and printable digital products.
Because digital products can generally be accessed or downloaded immediately, our refund policy is different from a policy for physical products.
However, this policy does not remove or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. Digital Products
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of Digital Products are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
This includes products such as:
Canva invitation templates;
Printable invitations;
Party-printable templates;
Digital stationery;
Digital party decorations;
Downloadable files;
Other digital products.
2. Defective or Inaccessible Products
If a purchased product is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description, or you cannot access the product because of a problem on our side, contact us at:

Screenshot or other information where helpful.
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem, provide access to the product, provide a replacement, or provide another appropriate remedy.
3. Incorrect Customer Information
We are not generally responsible for problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, including:
Incorrect email address;
Incorrect customization information;
Customer spelling errors;
Failure to follow access instructions;
Failure to maintain access to a required third-party account.
However, contact us if you experience a problem and we will try to help.
4. Canva Access Problems
Some products require Canva.
EditableInvites does not control Canva’s platform.
If Canva changes its platform, features, account requirements, availability, or policies, this may affect your ability to access or edit a template.
If the problem is caused by EditableInvites rather than Canva, contact support and we will attempt to provide an appropriate solution.
5. “We Edit For You” Services
For customization services, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on whether work has started.
Before work begins
If you contact us before customization work begins, we may be able to cancel the service and provide a refund, subject to applicable law and any stated product-specific terms.
After work begins
Once customization work has begun, refunds may be limited because time and creative work have already been committed.
Where applicable law gives you a mandatory cancellation or refund right, that right remains unaffected.
6. Customer-Approved Designs
Once a customer approves a customized design, EditableInvites is generally not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof and resulted from customer-provided information.
Please carefully review all proofs before approval.
7. EU/EEA Customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have mandatory rights relating to digital content and digital services.
Where applicable, digital content must conform to the contract and applicable legal remedies may apply if the content is defective or does not conform.
You may also have a statutory withdrawal right for certain distance contracts.
For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may be lost only when the applicable legal requirements for obtaining the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment have been satisfied.
Nothing in this policy is intended to waive mandatory statutory rights.
8. How to Request a Refund or Remedy

9. Chargebacks
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we encourage customers to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in this section limits any legal right you may have to dispute an unauthorized transaction.
DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
Effective Date: August 10, 2026
This Digital Product License applies to Digital Products purchased from Editableinvites unless a different license is expressly provided for a particular product.
1. License Grant
Upon successful purchase, Editableinvites grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Digital Product for the purposes permitted by the product listing and this License.
The purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or intellectual property.
2. Permitted Personal Use
Unless otherwise stated, you may:
Edit the purchased invitation;
Add your own event information;
Customize permitted elements;
Download the finished design;
Print the finished design for your personal event;
Send the finished invitation electronically to your intended guests;
Create reasonable copies of the finished invitation for the same personal event.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
Resell the original template;
Resell an editable version of the template;
Share editable template links publicly;
Upload the template to another marketplace;
Give the template away;
Transfer the license to another person;
Sublicense the template;
Claim the template design as your original work;
Create competing templates from our designs;
Use the template as part of a template subscription or membership;
Sell access to the template;
Distribute source files;
Extract and redistribute template elements;
Use the product to create a competing digital-product library.
4. Commercial Use
Commercial use requires written authorization unless the applicable product listing expressly grants commercial rights.

The license generally permits you to distribute the completed invitation you create for your own event to your intended guests.
This does not give you permission to distribute the editable template or source materials.
6. Third-Party Content
Where a template contains third-party elements, those elements may be subject to additional terms or restrictions imposed by their respective owners or platforms.
You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms.
7. License Termination
If you violate this License, Editableinvites may terminate your license to the extent permitted by law.
Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Digital Product and any unauthorized copies.
8. No Ownership Transfer
Purchasing a Digital Product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, design rights, or other intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

Editableinvites respects intellectual-property rights and expects customers and other users of the Website to do the same.
1. Our Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Editableinvites owns or has permission to use the intellectual property appearing on the Website, including:

Branding;

Product descriptions;
Product photographs;
Mockups;

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
